about.
Daniel D’Souza is a Year 3 BA (Hons) Arts Management student at LASALLE College of the Arts with a strong foundation in theatre and a deep commitment to collaboration. Drawn to the collective nature of the arts from an early age, he is passionate about working with others to bring creative ideas to life.
As an emerging arts manager, Daniel recently collaborated with the Singapore Heritage Society (SHS), conducting market research on walking tours to help the organisation better understand consumer needs and strengthen audience engagement strategies. His experiences span diverse disciplines — from heritage work with SHS, to theatre, where he served as Production Assistant at the Singapore Repertory Theatre, to visual arts, through his time with Whitestone Gallery Singapore.
Beyond his professional work, Daniel has participated as an international collaborator under the Shared Campus programme in Yogyakarta, exploring the intersections between art and critical ecologies. Most recently, he was invited to present his research paper on arts and cultural management as a panel speaker at the Sibiu International Theatre Festival (FITS) in Romania.
Across these multidisciplinary experiences, Daniel continues to find inspiration in both the creative process and the behind‑the‑scenes work that brings it to life. His passion for the arts lies in its limitless potential, a field that never grows dull, constantly evolving with new ways to create, connect and collaborate.
